Pension fund Industry involvement in tracking down beneficiaries
To be perfectly honest, and this is my own personal opinion, I think it is absolutely shocking how little seems to be done by the industry to track down these beneficiaries. The brokers and investment companies are all to eager to take in the remiums while the workers are contributing but as soon as they stop contributing and need a payout, the brokers & employers fall silent.
Brokers and employers who signed up the members should be tasked with finding the beneficiaries and if they do not, they should be fined. Again this is my personal opinion and not to be misunderstood as any position taken by the company or it’s directors.

Unclaimed benefits have an active Facebook page with over 6000 likes and from what we can see some very positive feedback.
Hellopeter.com has a number of dissatisfied reports and from what I could see 1 positive report.
From our surface investigations, all three of these operations are legitimate with their biggest downfall being poor communication to some of their customers or potential customers.

Hi there, Data Factory Contacted me a month ago, beggining of October about my unclaimed funds with Old mutual, and also adviced me to submit the paper work, I did, today they have send me an email, to confirm that all that I have submitted with them, was correct, and that they will be sending my documents to old Mutual… So what I know is, when paper work gets to old mutual, after how long will I receive mo ey from my Bank account?
